TPDP "Technical Personnel Development Process"

Global definition:

This process enables targeted, job-specific development of personnel for line/ machine
operation and maintenance, in order to improve the skills and to reach the right
knowledge. This improves safety and enhances the efficiency of the respective personnel
and lines. Depending on the qualifications of the line personnel, trainees go through 4
process phases.
