Start-up

The “Start-up” milestone indicates when the line is ready to proceed with the “contractual main format ramp-up” phase.

The line/equipment is able to produce saleable product.

The warranty period starts with the sellable production.

Conditions to be fulfilled to start the ramp-up:

• Static/Dynamic testing have been properly completed
• Maintenance and Operator staff is trained and accredited
• Customer Product relevant parameters (i.e. laboratory check of beverage) are o.k.
• The line/equipment is ready to operate under “sealable” conditions (not with contractual efficiency)
• The customer can produce and sale product (commercial usage of equipment) within the ramp-up schedule
• Operators available
• Raw materials within specification
• Agreed Ramp-Up Schedule (Product mix, Targeted production, number of shifts)
