Installation Testing

The Installation Testing Phase is the period of time between the milestones “Completion of Installation” and “Start-Up”. It concerns all activities related to the Static and dynamic testing of the scope of supply. Main focus in this time frame is I/O check; Line/Equipment verification; Maintenance Training and short non-sealable production runs.

Premise is  that the customer has provided all agreed needs in sufficient quantity (raw-, expense-, auxiliary materials) before phase starts.

Conditions to be fulfilled to start the phase

• Power is available
• Utilities is available
• Operators and Maintenance are available
• Some consumables (representatives of the contractual product mix) for short production (Equipment testing and adjustment; laboratory analysis)
• Product for short production is available
• Inspection of the line jointly with the employer`s liability insurance association
