Installation Erection

The “installation-erection” phase is the period of time after milestone “Start of installation” is reached successfully.

The phase includes, but is not limited to following activities:

• Unload, Uncrate, place and level equipment and line components
• Supervise and coordinate sequence of installation together with site manager and customer.
• Frequent on site progress reviews between both parties.
• Supervise that construction site is run according to all relevant safety requirements
• Prepare installation protocols and time sheets of the work performed frequently  (weekly)

When all work has been completed the “installation- erection” phase ends when the check list for the milestone “completion of installation” is signed by all parties.
